The clue is the RAM, anything with more the 4GB is 64-bit, and the OS is also.

(Just trying to clarify what you were asking about or intending.) The other answers I saw are correct. This is a 64-bit system (CPU & RAM hardware). 64-bit operating system (OS) (software platform), Windows 10 Home edition. So can run 64-bit or less software. Mainly 64-bit, 32-bit. Possibly some 16-bit or less also. (If some (older) Windows software has problems running, there are also alternatives to try. Windows has compatibility settings to help try to run older software, to help with backward compatibility. Other alternatives to add are virtual machine (VM) software, & emulators.)
