That depends on the program and how old it is. You also may be able to run them in Compatibility Mode if they won't run in Windows 10.

Everything seemed okay but I discovered that some of the "higher functionality" was gone. And this hasn't been corrected since. I don't know if this is due to the application's reaction to the new OS, or a fault in the installation itself.
