• A:Answer If your computer has a full charge, it automatically stops charging to prevent overcharging of the battery. If you keep your computer plugged in, it will use the AC power and not the battery's power. If your computer's battery is low and it is not charging, I would check the connection at the power converter. That one can become loose and not be obvious. It could also be that the battery can no longer hold a charge and needs to be replaced. Your manual will tell you how to diagnose that.

• A:Answer The maximum supported RAM for this system is 8 GB, so you could purchase a 2GB DDR4 SDRAM (2133 MHz) to max it out. Hope that helps. BTW, there's no such thing as a 6 GB memory RAM. They come in multiples of 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB, 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB, etc). 2 GB DDR4 SDRAM for a Laptop can be picked up fairly cheap on Amazon (Best Buy doesn't carry them any longer).
