• if you buy it used i'm pretty sure it's refurbished but if you buy it new, it's new and i think it's manufactured at like a dell factory because the computer is dell and dell is where the computer is from so..

• Bland new in a sealed box. The box looks kind of basic, just a cardboard with some generic laptop picture and specs on the side.
