I know a memory upgrade and HDD are possible, although I cannot imagine you need a HDD of more than 1 TB (LOL), but definitely a memory upgrade I would recommend it, as a matter of fact I am planning to do so for my computer. The SSD upgrade I am not too sure whether can be done.
