• unbelievable, people who do not know what they are doing, should not answer questions. This computer has plenty of power to run the programs you mentioned without breaking a sweat.

• Quick Books...yes. Photoshop...yes & no... Photoshop Elements...yes. Photoshop Elements Premier.....not advised PS will run but if she uses 3rd party plugins, it will probably frustrate her. Corel, Topaz, On1 Photo Suite...... Frustrating. You would basically be running 2 memory intensive programs simultaneously.

• No it doesnot have enough Ram to run PhotoShop well.
