I would not suggest this for high en photo editing. But for a learner with minimal editing tools it would work. For high end editing, I suggest atleast 16GB RAM and i7 processor. You may also need a dedicated graphics card. If you are a learner, this you could start with this one in the focus of moving to a higher end one in a span of 1 year.
