• Instead of a Laptop, the Nintendo Switch, PS4 and XBOX One all have Fortnite capability for a lot less that gaming laptops.

• Most likely not or at least not very well. It only has on-board graphics and doesn't have a dedicated graphics card. Outside of not having a dedicated graphics card all other specs look to be sufficient.
