QuestionThe lid on this new laptop doesn't close tight. If I turn it to carry so that opening is up, it opens about half to one inch. Is it broken.

- Answer My guess is that it is broken. Mine closes so "tight' that I'm going to add a tab of duct tape to make it easier to open. It would just make a convenient "handle".

- Answer All brands use a standard socket for SSD, same as DDR4 RAM is standard/interchangable module. Only those little 10"-12" "wow it's CHEAP!" netbooks have soldered storage, often just 32 or sometimes 64Gig.
