“I tried to purchase for $349 during black Friday and showed it was out of stock. But it is available for $599 today. What gives with that? I want one if BB honors their advertising.”

Actually it was on pre- black Friday but also on special Friday and Saturday. It displayed on the site for$349.99 but the button to add to cart said Out of Stock. Could not add for shopping or pickup. Today i see it is still in stock but at $599.99. Even if the warehouse was out for that one day they knew they had stock arriving. Very poor customer experience to advertise a special price and not have it until the next day at much higher price.
