“How do I activate my windows 10? Doesn’t it come with it? It’s asking for product key but I thought it was already on the computer. Please help.”

• Hi, I had this same exact problem with this laptop I just got for Black Friday. Try going to settings > activation and then on the screen on the right you’ll see where it says Activation and the windows edition. It will say that it’s not activated just below that. You clink the link just below in that section to troubleshoot this and it will open a box that says it is trying to solve it. After a few minutes it will tell you that it was able to activate windows. This is how I managed to finally get it to work after struggling for hours. Hope this helps you.
