Nope they will not do anything unless pay ridiculous price for geek squad service! I set up laptop less than week later had issues. They said can pay $199 otherwise return it!! Near $400 and I need to pay $199 to help me? Received NO HELP at all!! No thank you. I will buy one elsewhere
