Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just bought it a couple of days ago. Bootup and updates may be slow, but once your in it, its decently fast. I wouldn't recommend this for gaming but if you're doing internet browsing, viewing video files, basic microsoft office, adobe cc2017 then this will work for you. touch screen is fantastic. keyboard does not lit up at night. 1 year warranty is good. very tempted to swap out a ssd drive, but may need to wait until the warranty is out. the price is just too good! Remember if you are looking to pick this one, it is the i5core one with 2tb of hard drive. the black Friday ad.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't buy it.....It took me 3 months to get this computer up and running correctly. That time includes having to send it back to Dell for repairs. Why did series 3000 make you question the product?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The set up process was a bit annoying and took about 20 minutes. After set up it's good and fast. At this price, how can you go wrong? I bought 2 of them!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just got it from the early black friday sale. I read online about how it might be sluggish due to all the bloatware loaded on so i took the time to do a fresh install of Windows. That did take some time to get set up just like I wanted it...but now it's my system not Dell's and I'm satisfied. I haven't pushed it yet to see just how much I can throw at it, but for the basics it's fine. For the price it's great. Does what the specs suggest it should and runs snappily once it's booted up. The touch screen is nice and hasn't held smudges so far. Now, some cons. The keyboard could use a backlight. I used it in a darkened living room a lot as a second screen and it would be nice to see the keys a little better. The hd is slow and so it boots up really slowly for someone who has been using a ssd on all his systems for years. The same sluggishness shows up when you do anything that needs to access the hd. But, for me that's fine. I have a couple of ssd's from the one this is replacing and as soon as the hd caddy arrives I'll be putting one of those in as the system drive and just using the 2tb 5400rpm drive as storage.
