• Yea I have the laptop and it really does suck, which is surprising. My old laptop which is worth less than half of this, had a way better micropone. Its essentially non existant as I HAVE to use a headphone for my Zoom meeting.

• Once I downloaded the updated driver the microphone works just fine. I haven’t had any issues after the updates.

• The microphone on the system is palced next to the webcam and works excellent with all the online video/calling applications.
