• Im sorry, Windows 8 is preinstalled, there would be no way to have Windows 7 installed. Best Buy Mobile and Connectivity Specialist, Kraig

• If you call 1-888-Bestbuy they should be able to place the order for you, with windows 7 installed instead of windows 8.
