- Answer Best buy does not offer a warranty program with refurbished items. Once you receive the refurbished item you have 90 days of protection, where they will replace the item with another refurbished item. if something goes wrong after 90 days, you get to deal with the problem yourself.

- Answer Hello, I am not the seller of these Dell Systems but since I do specialize in Dell computers, I will help answer questions when it is appropriate. This Inspiron 17R SE does have a second, functional hard drive bay for use even if the unit itself does not come with two drives (2x 500GB). The cage to add any additional drives should be already installed inside the 2nd drive bay. Hope this helps! JonathanNforDell

From the best of my knowledge, this laptop comes with the following screen: 17.3" WLED high-definition display (1600x900) This version of the screen does not have the Anti-Matte option, while the 1080p version of the screen does. Questionwhy my laptop cannot turn on?yesterday i'm using it and functioning well, then i shut down properly. after a few hours i tried to open to use again, but it doesn't turning on even though i've done long press for a few seconds in its power botton. i tried it several times but still it does not respond. i also connect the charger even though i know it is fully charge but still the same. what should i do? my unit was bought last april in U.S. from bestbuy by my relative when they have a vacation there for about 3 weeks. factory refurbished.

- Answer Hello, Thank you for your interest in the Dell Inspiron 17R Special Edition refurbished laptop! When laptops are sold as refurbished, the specs of them are all the same but some minor differences in the physical condition of the unit is going to exist. All of them will be tested and cleaned but some might have a few more scuff marks than others, etc.... nothing that will distract or hinder the performance of the laptop.
