“why my laptop cannot turn on? yesterday i'm using it and functioning well, then i shut down properly. after a few hours i tried to open to use again, but it doesn't turning on even though i've done long press for a few seconds in its power botton. i tried it several times but still it does not respond. i also connect the charger even though i know it is fully charge but still the same. what should i do? my unit was bought last april in U.S. from bestbuy by my relative when they have a vacation there for about 3 weeks. factory refurbished.”
