Hello, Thank you for your interest in the Dell Inspiron 17R Special Edition refurbished laptop! When laptops are sold as refurbished, the specs of them are all the same but some minor differences in the physical condition of the unit is going to exist. All of them will be tested and cleaned but some might have a few more scuff marks than others, etc.... nothing that will distract or hinder the performance of the laptop.
