Mine came like that I went to Settings -> Activation and click on activate and it fix the windows not active message. Hope it helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, the computer does come with Windows, which is the operating system, but I assume that you are referring to MS Office. So in order to access it you need to subscribe to Office 365 or try to find and buy Office 2019. Either way you still have to pay for Office.
