- Answer I am considering purchasing this computer. Had 2 different Best Buy locations give me conflicting answers. Checked directly with Dell and they said it does have a empty spot to add a SSD. Hope this helps!

- Answer Of course. If you have a specific application you'd like to explain, I'd be happy to elaborate more. But generically speaking, you can do audio production with this Laptop. I would not recommend it for a ProTools DAW, but post production apps should run nicely on this pc.

- Answer I was sitting inside Taco Bell, using my laptop, with a full charge (100%). I got 60 minutes, with the battery down to 20%, with only Light Use ... !!! No videos ... No TV ... No YouTube ... No movies ... No music ... No downloading/uploading ... No 2-way video conferencing ... No transferring files ... No bluetooth .... Just surfing the Internet, checking email and Facebook, that's all ... !!! I am very disappointed ... !!! I will be searching for another laptop to use away from home that provides excellent battery life under heavy use ...... However, this is a great laptop for home use, if always connected to the AC Wall Outlet. It does get bogged down, lag and freeze, when too many apps/windows are open. My Samsung Note 8 Smartphone does better with handling many apps/windows open at the same time, which is surprising. My Dell laptop has 16GB RAM. I will be upgrading to 32GB RAM tomorrow .....
