“Does this have a fingerprint reader? I've heard the Inspiron 7000 series has a fingerprint reader built-in to the power button but nothing is mentioned about it here or even on the Dell page. Is the body aluminum/metal or plastic?”

• not likely, the power button on this model is on the right side and I am not 100% positive but the button doesn't appear to have a sensor. recent buy and I don't have it in front of me, so not 100% sure on this either, but plastic bottom and metal near the keyboard.

• No fingerprint reader but even better (I think), it has face recognition. Body is definitely not plastic. I believe it is metal. I bought this laptop a week ago and love it.
