Would a stylus pen work on this null

i bought this today and it does not have pen support

I just purchased this laptop on sunday (1/20/19) (in new Hartford ny) It had to be mailed as there were none in the store The salesman recommended and told me this bamboo ink stylus pen was a great tool to purchase .initially i wasnt going to purchase it but he talked me into it . I finally received the laptop after 4 days (yesterday) and was eager to get that pen going to see what the hype was about. Low and behold once the pen connected the shortcut buttons on it worked, at least the top one, but when putting the pen to use it just wouldn't write in the screen my finger did but not this smart pen. I stayed up for hours trying to make it work but found no budge. Is there a ay to fix this? Any other similar issues? Id really like the pen to work honestly not sure if theyd refund it as it came in a bundle box with my antivirus and office purchase which i already downloaded. Just need suggestions or solutions

No, it does not support an active stylus pen. You may however be able to use a passive stylus pen.

I was told in store that a stylus would work and the sales person suggested the Bamboo Ink. I bought it, only to come home and after hours of struggling, found out that it did not support this function. Sad.
