You can probably install Office 2007 but you might not get patches for it from Microsoft anymore. And it should work the same as any windows computer.

This device has a Windows 10 64-bit OS. That said - it will load Office 2007 and it should function fine - but you really should just switch to O365 - it's inevitable.

I am running Word and Excel 2007 with no issues at all. I use a lot of macros and shortcuts with Word, and everything works as well as it ever did on my older computers going back to Windows XP and Windows 7.
