• I believe it comes with an M.2 SSD which may be swapped out for others with a similar form factor.

• Yes, but keep in mind that the upgrade depends on the exact model you purchased. The upgrade is very easy. This computers doesn't use a 2.5 7mm hard drive SSD. Instead uses a card type hard drive. I recommend calling Dell and provide your service tag. Also you may get a 1Tb hard drive for the 7000 series. The 512 price is around $179 and the 1TB around $379
