- Answer The laptop comes with 12gb, one 8gb and one 4gb stick. You can purchase an additional 8gb stick and swap it with the 4gb.

- Answer There are a few factors to the battery life. from a full charge with the brightness on 100% i get 5 to 6 hours of usage on batter saver mode i can get 8 to 10 hours of usage.

- Answer You should have the ability to create a Dell OS disk from the Dell website or menu options. A dell OS install disk will automatically activate when the computer is installed. I recommend though calling Dell support and they can talk you through everything.

- Answer I asume you have ordered online. You will have to call customer service NOW to see if they can intercept the order. The worst will be that you will have to return your laptop to the nearest retail location.

- Answer No, the integrated Intel graphics will not be able to handle VR. You will need a more expensive laptop with a discrete graphics card.

QuestionI bought this laptop with exact configuration on 10th Nov. I was told that Bestbuy would do a price match in next 30 days from the date of purchase. This was priced at 799.99 plus taxes when i bought it and now its available for 749.99.

- Answer I did the same thing. I went to BB last night and they gave be back the $50 plus tax. Also, you have more than 30 days, you have until sometime in mid-January for them to price match because they extended the return period for the holidays. So you can keep checking for lower prices until then.
