This laptop does not have internal CD/DVD RW drive. An external USB-CD/DVD RW drive couldbe connected to this laptop.

Basically an external drive that connects via USB is your only real option these days on any new computers There may still be some rare, very high-end workstation class machines that commercial and industrial customers like engineers and visual FX artists use that may still offer an optical drive, but those machines cost $2000 and up and are not usually sold by stores like Best Buy. For that kind of machine, you usually have to go factory direct or to a rep that services commercial & industrial customers rather than retail customers. If you don't want to deal with an external drive, then you run out of options fast that don't involve simply buying a several year old used machine. There used to be some docking station manufacturers that included optical drives in their docking station, but I haven't seen one of those in a couple years.
