“The laptop had everything I need, or so I thought. It was delivered without a speaker. How was I supposed to know it did not come with a speaker? The spec sheet where it says what is not included made no reference to not including a speaker.”

This system comes with two built in speakers locted at the left and right bottom of the laptop. Should you not able to hear any audio, please reach out to the Dell technical support team for assistance. They are available 24/7 on Facebook and Twitter(@Dellcares).
