On the Login Screen: Click on the "I forgot my PIN" link below the PIN entry field. This will guide you through the steps to reset your PIN. Use Your Microsoft Account: If you set up your device with a Microsoft account, you can log in with your account credentials (email and password) instead of the PIN. Once logged in, you can reset your PIN in the Settings. Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options and select Windows Hello PIN to set a new PIN. Reset Your Password: If you're unable to access your Microsoft account or if you set up your device with a local account, you may need to reset your password. On the login screen, select the option for password reset. Use Safe Mode: If the above methods don’t work, you can boot into Safe Mode and access the command prompt to change the user password: Restart your laptop and press F8 or Shift + F8 before the Windows logo appears. Select Safe Mode with Command Prompt. Use the command line to reset your password. Recovery Options: If you’re still having issues, consider using the recovery options in Windows 11. You can access recovery settings through the login screen (if available) or by creating a recovery USB on another computer. If all else fails, please reach out to Dell Support for assistance.
