• I’ll answer my own question. Here is what I found on the Dell site. Adaptive Thermals: Your 2-in-1 is smart enough to know when it is in your hands, lap or on a desk. This allows it to intelligently adapt its thermal profiles to stay cool. Discomfort is avoided, and full power is unleashed when stationary on a desk for maximum productivity.
