“The specs at Best Buy say it is a 1TB solid state drive. On the Dell website it says 512 solid state. What is correct? Also, will I be able to add Dell premium support after purchasing from Best Buy? How would I do this.”

Mine was equipped with the 1TB SSD & 32Gb Optane. I did not do my research and just assumed the 32Gb Optane was an M.2 drive but it is not. So I was a little disappointed at that; however is fast as lightning right now so no real complaints other than a Win10 bug that automatically reconnects my WiFi even though I set it not to after rebooting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the SSD on the system can be upgraded to 1 TB. The configuration of the system may differ on different platforms. If you wish upgrade the warranty, you would have to contact the Dell's sales team and have the warranty upgraded.
