“I purchased this laptop, but I can't connect to any bluetooth headphones. I can connect with the built in pen and an external mouse. Any suggestions?”

On older beats headphones, once there connected to a device you have to either disable Bluetooth on that particular device ( phone or ipad tablet) and then try to search using your PC or which ever device your trying to connect to. Some headphones can only be connected to a single device at a time. Its annoying but knowing this bit of info will save you a headache if you havent figured it out.

Please try again later.It may just be the headphones, sometimes they have a button to press in order to sync them or appear on the Bluetooth devices screen, this happen to me with a Sony device I thought wasn’t compatible since it never appeared , but came to find out week later of owning it that it has a Bluetooth search button (the portable speaker) so yeah check it out. Hope this helps
