will this machine work with oculus rift? null

I don't think the video card is powerful enough, it has an Intel® HD Integrated Graphics 620. You can check on the Oculus site for minimum graphics card requirements here https://support.oculus.com/170128916778795/ . I don't think the Intel card is good enough, but you'd have to research whether its performance is as good as those minimums.
