Its the regular Skylake 6500. The i7 6500u has a base speed of 2.7GHz and boosts up to 3.10GHz. This is a dual-core processor with hyper threading. The NVIDIA 940mx has 2048 MB of video RAM and this is a discrete graphics card that is soldered to the motherboard so no, you can not upgrade the graphics in any way.
