What's the return policy for this item null

14 days at Best Buy. Can't say for other retailers.

You have 15 days to return the laptop to any bestbuy. you must have the recipe with you. they will ask why you don't want the laptop, just be honest and say why. that shouldn't be an issue. Obviously, if you paid cash you'll get cash, if you paid via card then the money will be deposited back into your account within 24 hours. if you paid with best buy credit, they will give you the credits back through a gift card. I don't exactly know what the return policy is for items bought online but i still hope i have helped out.
