QuestionCan I get this computer with windows 10 pro?

- Answer If you have Windows 10 Home, you can upgrade to Windows Pro by buying a "key" on the Microsoft Shop website for $99. Upgrade was simple for me, took about an hour uploading and restarting many times. There are many places to buy an upgrade key besides Microsoft. Dell does not offer an upgrade key, but search on Amazon, CNET, eBay, and there are many ways to get an upgrade. You do not need the whole Windows 10 Pro software, just the upgrade Key. Windows 10 Home upgrade commands are in the Settings menu, Activate section. Click Activate with new key, enter the new Windows Pro Key, and the upgrade begins. Quite easy compared to Windows 7 and previous Windows editions, actually.

QuestionDoes this come with an active pen stylus? I've read that some buyers have become frustrated with Dell's limited compatibility pen selection. As justified. Just a note, on a different model, a user suggested the Blackweb Rechargeable Active Stylus. Thanks!

- Answer While it does not have an Ethernet port, you can purchase very cheaply a USB to NIC adaptor cable which will easily solve this probem. It works great over WIFi and I have never seen the need to use a LAN connection. I get speeds well over 200 mps via wifi.
