Bought this laptop bc wanted something I could "draw" on with a pen in Windows Ink. Bought the $70 bamboo ink stylus. Syncs with the blue tooth but will not draw at all. Downloaded newest drivers for the pen but still nothing. What stylus is compatible?? null

Had the same problem and all of my research led me to Dell's site which said this particular model doesn't work with an active stylus. Disappointed as that was the big selling feature for going ahead with this since the HP was out of stock.

Did you try holding the buttons on the side of the pen down for a few seconds? That worked for us and we LOVE the pen!
