QuestionI have ordered this laptop. I would like a SSD installed and OS migrated to it, leaving the 1TB HD for storage. How can I get this done? Contact Geek squad? I have 3 year protection plan. Would it be wise to do this right away, before I start using it?

- Answer I used the Bamboo Solo with mostly successful results, other than the occasional missed stroke. It would sometimes make dotted lines instead of one continuous line.

QuestionHow are the 'F' keys used? Can you press them without pressing 'FN' first? I use these short keys a ton in AutoCAD and have to press F8 a lot to switch modules in my drawings so to have to press 'FN' first would be a total hassle.

QuestionBought this laptop bc wanted something I could "draw" on with a pen in Windows Ink. Bought the $70 bamboo ink stylus. Syncs with the blue tooth but will not draw at all. Downloaded newest drivers for the pen but still nothing. What stylus is compatible??

- Answer Had the same problem and all of my research led me to Dell's site which said this particular model doesn't work with an active stylus. Disappointed as that was the big selling feature for going ahead with this since the HP was out of stock.
