1. Stick dongle that came with wireless keyboard and mouse into USB port on your computer (my mouse and keyboard are on same dongle) Now when I did that - the mouse and keyboard worked without having to do any of the other steps, but just in case: 2. Go to Settings menu (it looks like a little cog or clock gear) 3. Click on "Network and Internet" 4. Click on Airplane Mode and make sure "Wifi: is "on" under wireless devices Hope that helps - if not, try googling your question!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the little dongal is inside the mouse take it out and plug it in usb port, put the batteries in the mouse and key board.but..it took me a while to see There are little buttons that turn on and off on bottoms of key board and mouse
