• Did you find the dongle? It's the little part that plugs into a USB port and 'talks' to the keyboard? Usually it's in the keyboard, in a small compartment or it may be in the packaging that was around the keyboard. If you have that part plugged into a USB port and the keyboard still isn't working, your keyboard batteries may be bad or installed backwards. Hope this helps.
