“Articulating stand Can the monitor be tipped back for more comfortable touchscreen access? How far can it go, can it be almost flat (horizontal)? In other words, does this have the Dell "Articulating stand" Or is it more of a rigid mount?”

• It is not rigid. It can be moved to lay flat like a tablet and any position in between
