Questionis windows 10 ALREADY INSTALLED?I like this computer but I DO NOT want to download or upgrade Operating system. I want the computer delivered with windows 10 installed. My question regarding the matter got 2 "nos'" and 3 "yes". WHY NOT PUT ASSURANCE IN THE AD? YOU KNOW EVERYONE WANTS TO KNOW.

QuestionArticulating standCan the monitor be tipped back for more comfortable touchscreen access? How far can it go, can it be almost flat (horizontal)? In other words, does this have the Dell "Articulating stand" Or is it more of a rigid mount?

- Answer I'm not sure if the Ad is bad or if it is a slightly different model. Dell will configure systems with different options. My system has 12 GB.

- Answer Yes If you purchase an external video card. It won't work otherwise due to the type of video card It comes with. The touch screen technology doesn't transfer to a non-touch screen monitor. You can't extend the display just duplicate it with a HDMI cord. It took me a while to figure this out so hopefully this helps everyone else avoid that stress.

- Answer Yes. The drive is located on the right side of the monitor and pops out from that side.
