I really like this computer. The all-in-one saves space. The wireless mouse and keyboard are a plus. I like the 24 inch touch screen, however I sometimes forget that it has that capability. I would recommend this product, if you are looking for a home desktop computer. I did a lot of research before I choose a computer. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased this desktop when my 7 year old Dell died. I like how fast it is and the size of the screen makes it very easy to open 2 windows side by side. I use it for daily web research, writing and email. Set up was a snap. Not sold on Windows 10 but nothing is perfect. Overall, this was a good investment.

ok so it's a bit pricey. The first one of these we bought had a crooked mount (it was milled wrong or something) which made the screen crooked. Took it back, Best Buy exchanged it (super easy return!). Ridiculously easy set-up, even for a non-techy person like me. Screen is huge. Touchscreen is awesome, speed is good, Windows 10 is good, love being able to Ask Cortana without typing. I have two issues with it 1) I had to buy a better keyboard because neither of us could stand the cheap-feeling keyboard HP included with this. And 2) they need to position the USB's more accessibly. Had to buy a separate USB hub for my memory sticks because they wouldn't even FIT under the screen (assuming I could find it under there anyway); who wants to move their computer out every time they need to plug in a USB. And 4 slots really isn't enough anyway. In spite of that, I really really love this thing!

Have had this computer now for a few months. My wife uses it for photo editing in adobe lightroom and photoshop. The colors are really true to print and the size of the screen is very helpful. So far the processor, RAM and other specifications seem to be great for what she does. We don't use the touchscreen feature much, but on occasion it's nice to have. My kids love it, but it's not their computer.

It is easy to use and understand with Windows 10. I did not like window 8 at all. The screen is crystal clear and the touch feature is great. I have a bad back and cannot sit for any length of time. With the adjustable screen, touch and the on screen keyboard, I can do everything I need to with no pain. However, the DVD does not autorun. No matter what you do it doesn't work. On occasion it will work for some unknown reason, but not at all consistently. I was told autorun is not a feature of Windows 10. I hope they fix it. Otherwise I give the computer itself 5 stars for screen size and picture quality, adjustable screen height and angle and the great speed of the I-5 processor.

I have been wanting to upgrade for quite a while. I looked at several models, brands and options before choosing the Dell. Very easy setup, internet connected right away and the family was off and running. The large touch screen is an awesome addition and the speed of the computer is great. Dell did their homework and got a winner with this one.

Large monitor is like two monitors in one. This computer replaced my Dell Studio One 1909 that worked well since 2009. Dell builds a good product. Microsoft Windows 10 is fine, but I did have to restore from factory default using Dell's factory restore point after the second day I owned the PC as a result of out of sequence Windows updates and Dell driver incompatibilities. How did I know what to do? Well, the desktop icons kept flickering and Windows Explorer would not load, so I knew a factory reset was the logical path forward. I don't fault Dell for that, but I do fault Windows 10 for that. The PC has been defect free since that initial episode six weeks ago. I highly recommend this new Dell 24inch All in One PC, especially for its resiliency with Windows 10. This is a Best Buy.

Love the all-in-one combo. Has lots of RAM. Can be moved anywhere in the house. Huge amount of storage and love the touch screen. Should last us a good no. of years! Love getting rid of the tower. Love the wireless keyboard and mouse (although you do need to turn them off when not in use to preserve battery life.

This computer has worked as expected from the time it was opened and set up. Be aware that any new computer is going to take about an hour and a half to set up and download all the updates required to get it completely running. Just a couple of irritations that are mostly, I believe, related to Windows 10. First of all, having to sign in with a password when the computer is started is a bit of an inconvenience, and it takes quite a while from when the computer is turned on until you actually get to the windows screen to be able to actually do something. Some applications do, periodically, run slower than expected. It would have been nice if this computer were equipped with the latest I7 Intel processor instead of the I5. Bottom line, this is a nice computer with a very nice sized screen. It makes me wonder how I ever got by with a 15 inch laptop screen.

This unit is ok. The screen is very good and the touch screen is handy. i like the all in one feature for the lack of cables everywhere. I would rate it higher but Windows 10 is not that good. Every time I watch a video (You Tube or news vids) the display driver crashes and resets. Very annoying. Have had not a lot of luck with dell support. the typical overseas "my name is John" junk. Price was ok . Solution for driver crash? Use Chrome.

I needed a new desktop to replace my old computer. I looked at several reviews and decided that the Dell all in one computer was the best deal. I came with 12GB off memory. At first the startup time seemed to be slow. I changed some of the programs that were initially loaded at startup. I loaded Norton security deluxe which takes care of virus protection. I also was able to use my old hard drives, one I use for periodic Backups and the other for pictures and documents. Great monitor and saves a lot of space. I am Not that excited about windows 10. Purchased end of November 2015

Great Computer for low level user

This computer is great in the fact that it takes up very little space, yet has a large screen. The only problem I've found is that it works great with low level use (email, internet search, etc.). However, the screen tends to turn off when switching back and forth between programs, or when scrolling quickly. It also freezes, and eventually shuts higher level programs down (like Pinnacle Studio and Google Earth). I've run various updates to it, and am as up to date as can be - so that's not the issue. Not sure what to do next. Especially after reading the Dell forums where it seems to be a trend with this model. The Dell reps that jump onto the forum don't seem to care much either.

This was a great purchase! I am very happy with the computer. It took longer to unpack from the box and put it on the stand that came with it than it did to plug it in and get going. (Note: you do need a Phillips Head screwdriver for the stand.) I am not a fan of touch screen. I hate the fingerprints and I am old enough that I don't have to touch everything I see. I was worried it would be difficult to change the defaults. But it was easy to set it up to use a mouse and keyboard controls! Hooray! Honestly, that was my biggest worry after working with some of the computers others in the family have purchased recently that push the touch screen thing. I was able to get online very quickly. Be ready for A LOT of updates! There were many updates within the first week of my purchase. Be aware that several of the updates required restarts after installation but that is to be expected. Once everything was installed, I found the computer itself to provide good quality color and graphics, quick processing speed (using applications like Excel and PowerPoint from MicroSoft Office), and easy to navigate. Everyone from the littlest children (4-5 years old) and the oldest adults (76) in the family have used the computer and have not had any problems. About the order itself -- I ordered online and then drove to the store to pick it up. It was ready within 1 hour of my online purchase. Inside the store, it was easy to go straight to the pick up counter and get my item. I was in and out of the Best Buy store within 5 minutes. Outstandingly easy!

Had it for about a month now. Working very well. I really like the all-in-one - very neat and clean appearance - minimal wires. Speakers are good. Screen is a nice size without taking up my entire desk.

Very compact system. No tower or bulkiness. For the most part this system is plug-in and go right out of the box. Screen size is perfect for a home computer and the touch screen is very responsive and accurate, huge plus. Computer does run slower than I expected even with AT&T pro-speed internet connection, Wish the USB ports were located on the sides of the unit instead the rear. I would have given 5-stars had it not been for these two minor issues.

Helped my dad buy this machine during the holidays. It was easy to set up and use. He was moving from Vista to Windows 10 and loved the large screen which also had the touch features. He's in his mid 80's and we both feel Dell has a great product.
