There is a little jump drive that came in the bag with the and keyboard/mouse. It has to be inserted for the computer to recognize the mouse. Sometimes it is stored in the compartment the battery goes into...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The mouse cover comes off by pulling up on it from the rear. Inside to the left of the battery is a USB fob that needs to be inserted. The on button for the mouse is on the bottom. The keyboard on button is on the rear.
