“How does the webcam is started? I bought this computer for my nephew in December, it has worked fine up to now for his school needs. He is required to take classes through Zoom but the camera did not work. The screen shows only black. Regards.”

• You have to pop up the camera on top of the screen before you can see a picture.

• The camera is tucked away it pops up at top of monitor. A nice security feature. Good Luck!
