Yes, the screen is both non-glare and tiltable. The touchscreen has a matte finish. The screen tilts BACK approximately 24 degrees from 90-degrees-vertical, to 66 degrees. The screen does not tilt FORWARD from 90-degrees-vertical. (Measured with a reliable carpentry tool.) In other words, the top of the screen can be pushed back about 5 inches.
