QuestionI bought this computer and I love it other than it is always losing Wifi connection. Each time that I go to use it I have to restart. My computer that I replaced since it was a Windows 7 computer did not have that problem. Anyone else have this problem?

- Answer I have had this computer for about five months but I have never had this issue. My computer is in the same room, (about six feet away) from my router, which is a Netgear Nighthawk 1900, model #R7000. If possible, try to relocate your router to the highest, center-most place in your house (ie 2nd floor room) and/or adjust the angle of your router's antennas. Hopefully that helps, and good luck.

- Answer Yes it does. The camera can be in an up or down position. Just press on the camera at the top of the computer to pop it up or recess it.

QuestionIs the screen non-glare and tiltable?

- Answer Yes, the screen is both non-glare and tiltable. The touchscreen has a matte finish. The screen tilts BACK approximately 24 degrees from 90-degrees-vertical, to 66 degrees. The screen does not tilt FORWARD from 90-degrees-vertical. (Measured with a reliable carpentry tool.) In other words, the top of the screen can be pushed back about 5 inches.

- Answer Yes, Microsoft Edge is now the preferred web browser for Windows 10. Internet Explorer is also installed, but Edge is the default. Edge does not include Word or Excel, but a browser extension can be installed to open Office documents within the Edge browser. However, any Office documents must first be uploaded to OneDrive (Microsoft's cloud) before you will be able to access them through Edge. You will need to log-in to your Microsoft account (which you will create on initial setup of the desktop) in order to access your OneDrive storage. I do not like cloud storage, so I purchased and installed (one-time purchase - no subscription) Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 on my desktop.

- Answer Hello! The mount is not removable. This all-in-one does not have mounting capabilities, so the mount is not detachable.

- Answer Yes, this PC can support up to 1TB SSD. I'm not sure if the following link will be clickable, but it is a link to documentation for this PC on the Dell Computers website. https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/inspiron-24-5490-aio/docs If the link does not work, try to copy & paste it into your browser, or go to the Dell website and go to "home>support>product support". In the search field type "inspiron 5490 aio". Then click on the "documentation" tab. On page 29 of the Service Manual, there are very detailed instructions with color photographs on how to remove the SSD.

- Answer In my opinion, I feel it would be. This computer was purchased in order for my son to do distance learning during the day then he uses it for gaming with his friends at night. We have not had any issues and the performance is reliable throughout the day. We enjoy the fact that it has no separate tower/body to take up space or be plugged in as well.
