Q: Is the RAM memory and SSD easily upgradeable?
A: Yes. You can open chassis and upgrade memory and SSD easily.
A: I have had this computer for about five months but I have never had this issue. My computer is in the same room, (about six feet away) from my router, which is a Netgear Nighthawk 1900, model #R7000. If possible, try to relocate your router to the highest, center-most place in your house (ie 2nd floor room) and/or adjust the angle of your router's antennas. Hopefully that helps, and good luck.
A: Yes it does. The camera can be in an up or down position. Just press on the camera at the top of the computer to pop it up or recess it.
Q: Is the screen non-glare and tiltable?
A: Yes, the screen is both non-glare and tiltable. The touchscreen has a matte finish. The screen tilts BACK approximately 24 degrees from 90-degrees-vertical, to 66 degrees. The screen does not tilt FORWARD from 90-degrees-vertical. (Measured with a reliable carpentry tool.) In other words, the top of the screen can be pushed back about 5 inches.
Q: Does Windows 10 include Edge and does Edge include Word and Excel?
A: Yes, Microsoft Edge is now the preferred web browser for Windows 10. Internet Explorer is also installed, but Edge is the default. Edge does not include Word or Excel, but a browser extension can be installed to open Office documents within the Edge browser. However, any Office documents must first be uploaded to OneDrive (Microsoft's cloud) before you will be able to access them through Edge. You will need to log-in to your Microsoft account (which you will create on initial setup of the desktop) in order to access your OneDrive storage. I do not like cloud storage, so I purchased and installed (one-time purchase - no subscription) Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 on my desktop.
