Can I run my Cannon copier with this laptop? null

Not sure about the copier but we wanted to use Canon Imageclass MF289dw multi function printers and the Canon rep I spoke to said that Canon does not make Windows 11 ARM drivers. You might be able to use the Canon PRINT app in the Windows store (I haven't tested this yet) or if it's listed in the Mopria compatibility list Windows may load them automatically. Certified printers are listed here: https://mopria.org/certified-products
