QuestionIs it upgradable to Windows 11?

- Answer Yes! The system will let you choose to update your Windows to the latest Win 11 (S mode). Although this process is reversible (if you wish to come back to Win 10), be sure to learn about the time lime (if I am not wrong it's 10 days). ps: You can exit the S mode in no time, which will let you install all your favorite software (that is not restricted by the Microsoft store).

- Answer This laptop does not have built in a CD/DVD reader. Should you need one, Dell recommends an external USB CD/DVD (DW316) to be used with this system. This has to be purchased separately.

- Answer Comes with Windows 10 S mode. I left it in S mode for a few weeks then switched to Windows 10 Home to run apps not available in S mode. Switching to Windows 10 Home is easy.
