Yes, you can add the Gforce RTX graphics card to this system.

You'll notice the specifications do not include the power supply wattage - typically not a good sign. If you're planning on putting a graphics card in here for gaming, you're going to need more power than what this desktop offers - typically, you need around 600w for a higher end card, and I'd imagine this machine has around 200w. Technically, there ARE RTX cards that will run on this machine, but if you're thinking of putting a 2070 or 2080 in here, for example, it won't work. Machines like this also typically have weird connectors, so you won't be able to just sling any old power supply in here - basically, Dell knows what you want to do here - buy a simple desktop and put a gaming card in it - and they design these to make sure you can't do that. Additionally, consider that graphics card prices are moderately insane these days due to crypto miners causing scarcity. You may actually be better off buying a prebuilt than trying to aftermarket something like this, if you pic your spot - I was able to get a 3080 the day it launched because I bought a prebuilt and they had reserved stock. If you already have a card, that's different, but you'll still have the power problem. TL;DR: If you're thinking of trying to turn this into a gaming machine, you're going to be disappointed when it doesn't work as expected due to power problems.
